*Temp change
- for cold hands use absorbtion method to your navel. relax hands and make small circles with you wrist...the tips of your finger should trail the wrist in a swirling relax motion.
- for hot hands use expel method , bring energy to you middle dian tien put hand in praying postion... reverse breath and pull navel energy up and out to your hands in a pulsing method , if your not good at constant flow. pulse every 3 breath. if you have to many toxics in your body your hands will sweat... if not itll be just regular heat.
(p.s.) how hot or how cold will depend on how stong your energy is.
you can measure this by moving your hands back and forth palms faceing each other.
if you have strong energy youll feell it.
*Energy Ball -theres hot balls, cold balls, and shock balls.
ima tell you the basics, if you want help with a certain one message and friend me.
(p.s.) shock balls are dangerous, when aimed and thrown at someones face or head they can or will past out or fall asleep. if you do this to some one and there eyes start to shut make sure you keep them awake. if there real drowsy and dizzy have them stand up and slap there lower back...that will reset there energy. then do it again to them lol
losely form your right hand to form half a ball...palm faceing up.
take left hand losely and move in a circler motion above right hand. keep right hand still for now...just try to feel the rotation.
once you feel the rotation, keep palms faceing each other, but use both hands to turn the ball back in forth in a different direction then when your left hand first started, i use my wrist for the second part...each palm so take turns faceing up while still hold the ball....now add the energy cold/hot/shock you want in it. and speed rotation in a different direction. now push or carry ball to the target and add energy as your pushing the ball into disired target.
inless your energy is really strong they wont feel it if your throw it.
if they "CLAIM" they cant feel it. comb away or absorb the energy around the target area... i recommend absorbing cuz they will feel there own energy being energize and push back to them.
p.s. calm the heart and still the mind. alot of ppl will be skeptical on feeling your energy but like i said we all have our on energy field that protect us.... just focus on calming them and breaking through there shield. Thanks for reading.... -SIFU REL

This Gi Ma Sae Stance is more like the Goat Stance or chinese eight stance- not a chinese Horse stance. I find it interersting with the hand posture looks much like the Rune Fa only reversed and turned 45°. Outstretching the Arms cost a lot internal force and the stance is open the Kwa allow a lot of Qi move. But standing too long in this stance can cause a loss of energy. This stance looks like to practise to send energy faster out and in great amount.... not necessary a good thing if one have a long life in my opinion. But well 80 years are enough so....no problem.
I hope you have developed enough Form Energy for this stance.....
..
..... This stance is actual Zhan Zhuang. Bending the knees 90 degrees was too advance for you. All beginners should start with a small bending angle and increase the angle progressively. Some ZZ practitioners take years to reach the 90 degree bend.

Druidic Ideas .................. include:
The Fire in the Head. This is the name that contemporary Druids use for the experience of being magically "inspired". Someone who experiences this fire may become very artistically productive, or strongly motivated to do something of great worth and merit.
The Immortality of the Soul. Historians from Greece and Rome observed that the Iron-age Celts believed that their souls are immortal, and survive death. Some accounts suggested that the soul passes into the Otherworld, and lives out another life; other accounts suggest that the Druidic teaching was similar to that of the Pythagoreans, who held that the soul changes into other forms of life. In any case, it is clear that the Druids encouraged this belief, as it made the warriors fearless in battle.
The Otherword. As many of the legends and mythologies attest, ancient Celts believed that there is another world beyond the mortal realm in which we presently dwell, which is home to the souls of the dead, and to the most powerful and important of the gods. Mythology places the "location" of the Otherworld in the sky, beneath the surface of the earth but accessible in passage mounds and wells, and also on a chain of islands in the Atlantic. Some parts of the Otherworld have their own names, such as "Tir na nOg", (Land of Youth), or "Caer Arianrhod" (the Castle of Arianrhod).
The Wheel of the Year. Contemporary Druidry's calendar has eight annual festivals: the summer and winter solstice, the spring and fall equinox, and four "cross quarter" days associated with farming and agriculture. The festival "wheel" begins at Samhain (1st November), and each festival is roughly six weeks apart.
The Sacred Truth. This principle, derived from the Wisdom Teachings of Ireland and other literary sources, is the name Druids use for the spiritual dimension of certain social principles, especially justice. The Sacred Truth is like a force at work in the world, such that the person who lives in accord with it finds that her life goes well, and the person who lives contrary to it finds her life difficult and frustrating.
Environmentalism. The old Celtic gods were said to dwell within landscapes, "beneath the hollow hills", under the surface of lakes and rivers, and in the sun and moon. Indeed certain kinds of weather, especially fog and mist, were said to hide the movements of the gods and also grant a seeker passage into their otherworldly realm. It is also known that the ancient Druids located their most important sacred places in remote places, especially forest groves. Because of these associations, the modern-day revival of Druidry is also strongly related to certain cultural movements of the twentieth century, especially including the care and protection of the environment.
